We have contracts with our manufacturers in China and EU to deliver us the best quality and high efficiency Antennas for the Helium Network.

Most sellers out there, buy their antennas from third-party trader companies in China, mostly located in the industrial areas. These traders don’t have any requirements and try to get the highest profit of any sales they make out of these sellers.

These traders deliver the lowest quality products to the commercial seller, who mostly are amateurs or selling helium accessories as a hobby from their homes/Amazon warehouses.

We at SEKOSD Wireless have contracts with our manufacturers who start production lines depending as usual on a Minimum Order Quantity/Bulk Production for us and provide us antennas according to our engineers specs sheets assuring the highest quality & efficiency antennas.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cryptocurrencies as well.

We answer all e-mails within same business day of receiving it, typically 1-3 hours. But, remember to leave us your email


dBi is the antenna gain and describes the signal strength and shape. The higher the dBi value, the further the signal can reach but the narrower the vertical signal width is. The lower dBi value, the shorter signal but the wider the vertical width.

Always, try to keep total dB loss as lower as possible. 

RSSI stands for Received Signal Strength Indicator, and, as its name indicates, is a measurement of the received signal strength

SNR stands for Signal to Noise Ratio. This is a measure of the quality of a signal compared to the background radio “noise”.

It’s recomended that you place your antenna outdoor and as high as possible so that the antenna gets free sight in all directions. Placing the antenna indoor can result in the signal getting weaker by window, walls, building etc.

Placing the antenna outdoor will minimize the chances of the signal getting weaker or blocked. It will result in a better coverage and might result in increasing of the rewards.

Our Antennas are compatible with most miners, including:
Bobcat, RAK v1 and v2, Syncrobit, Nebra indoor, Kerlink, LongAP light, Linxdot, Sensecap M1, Heltec, etc.

We ship worldwide and all parcels are sent with DHL/UPS/FedEx 

Orders are shipped within Same Businessday and orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

SEKOSD Wireless is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you live in a country which is included in the European Union you should not receive additional customs duties and tax when you order from us. You can see a list of which countries are included here.

If you live in a country not included in the European Union you might be subject to additional customs duties and tax when you order from us.

SEKOSD Wireless is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay the return shipping cost and all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.

We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

If you do not pick up your package at the delivery point, it will be returned to us. The same applies if you have entered the wrong address.

Deliveries with DHL to the delivery service point remain for 7-14 days (check with your local DHL service point). In cases where you do not pick up the ordered package, we charge a fee of $20 plus return shipping costs. The fee is to cover costs incurred and will be deducted from your refund.

Should your order value be lower than the costs incurred, no refund will be made at all.

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.


We have a 30-days return policy,

To start a return, you can contact us at info@sekosd.com. You must contact us within the 30 day period after you placing an order with us. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

All shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore sent well packaged and in original packaging.

On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product when used or damaged.

-We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
-The refund will normally be made after receiving and approving your return.
-If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
-Transit time back to the warehouse may take 7 -10 business days. 

If you email us before we dispatch your order and within 10 hours after you place your order to info@sekosd.com, there is a chance we can cancel it in time! Only then, we are able to accept cancellation and a full refund is due directly.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Any errors and defects must always be reported to info@sekosd.com where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.

If we are unable to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will reimburse you for the defective products.

We are responsible for return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in case the claim turns out to be incorrect.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, and refunded make a separate purchase for the new item.
